Dielectric Twist Fabricator

This tester makes twisted specimen pairs according to NEMA-1000, JIS and IEC specifications. It consistently provides the exact number of twists and tensions on twisted pair samples for dielectric strength, voltage endurance, and thermal aging testing. The tester has a twist paddle that accommodates wire sizes from 10 AWG to 44 AWG (0.05 mm - 2.5 mm). The tester will also perform the slit, twist, and peel (STP) test, and IEC peel test.
