NEMA Springback Tester

This tester performs the magnet wire springback according to NEMA MW-1000. The NEMA springback test section have a mandrel with three (3) sets of diameters that accommodate wire sizes from 14 AWG to 30 AWG (0.25mm to 1.6mm). The motor rotates the mandrel three (3) revolutions to wind the wire. Upon completion of the test, the graduated scales determines the amount of springback.
