Automatic Solderability Tester

It performs the solderability test according to NEMA MW-1000. The tester immerses a specimen of magnet wire into a solder pot for a predetermined time. The solder pot has an interchange- able stainless steel solder cup for easy maintenance as well as changing over to other solder alloys. The maximum continuous operating temperature of the solder pot is 500ºC. A polycarbonate shield over the solder pot protects the operator. The electronic digital timer has a range of 0.1 to 99.9 seconds.
