The NOVA 540 IEC Springback Tester performs the magnet wire springback test according to IEC specification.
The IEC Springback test has a drive shaft that accepts the mandrels required for the IEC springback test.
The motor rotates the mandrels for 5 revolutions to wind the wire. On completion of the test, the graduated scales indicate the wire springback value. Springback values are used to determine the softness of the copper wire.
